B.HUMBLE / INFORMATION
Terms of service
Last updated: 15 October 2026
1. WHO WE ARE
The seller is Malachi Mafo, an individual sole trader trading as B.HUMBLE.
Business address: 13 Stanhope Way Riverhead Sevenoaks TN13 2DZ United Kingdom
Email: b.humblehelp@gmail.com
These terms apply to consumer purchases made through b-humble.com.
2. PRODUCTS
We take reasonable care to describe and display our clothing accurately. Colours may appear differently depending on a screen or device, but this does not reduce our legal duty to supply goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
3. PLACING AN ORDER
The checkout lets you review and correct your order before payment. Your order is an offer to buy the selected goods. An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we received your order; it does not by itself mean that we accepted it. We accept the order when we send a dispatch confirmation.
If we cannot accept an order, we will tell you and refund any amount taken. Reasons may include unavailable stock, an error in the price or description, inability to deliver to the supplied address, or a reasonable fraud or security concern. The contract is concluded in English.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in GBP. The total product price, applicable taxes and delivery charges are displayed before you submit the order. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payments are processed through Whop Payments and its payment partners. You must be authorised to use the payment method supplied. We will not add optional charges without your express consent.
5. DELIVERY
Delivery destinations, restrictions, options, charges and estimated times are shown at checkout. If no delivery time is agreed, we will deliver without undue delay and within 30 days after the contract is made.
B.HUMBLE remains responsible for goods until they are delivered to you or a person you nominated, except where you independently arrange a carrier that we did not offer.
See our Shipping Policy: https://b-humble.com/policies/shipping-policy
6. CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Online consumers have statutory cancellation rights. The cancellation period, return process, return costs, refunds, exceptions and model cancellation form are in our Return and Refund Policy: https://b-humble.com/policies/refund-policy
We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns beyond those statutory rights.
7. FAULTY GOODS
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts your statutory rights. Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Statutory remedies may include rejection and refund, repair, replacement or price reduction depending on the circumstances and timing.
Contact b.humblehelp@gmail.com if goods are faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrect or misdescribed.
8. INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE
You must provide complete and accurate delivery and contact information to the best of your knowledge. Contact us promptly if you notice an error.
9. PERSONAL INFORMATION
We use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy: https://b-humble.com/policies/privacy-policy
10. OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO YOU
We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill.
We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or breach of your statutory rights.
These terms apply to consumer purchases. We are not responsible for business losses arising from a purchase made wholly or mainly for commercial purposes.
11. COMPLAINTS
Send order, product or service complaints to b.humblehelp@gmail.com or write to the business address above. We will review the complaint and respond as soon as reasonably possible. Data-protection complaints are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory protections available where you live and may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law.
13. CHANGES
The terms in force when your order is accepted apply to that order. We may update these terms for future orders, but changes will not retrospectively alter an existing contract.
